ICT Solutions, a leading systems integrator operating from Malta, has today announced the full acquisition
of ITS Ltd ( Information Technology Services Ltd). ITS is an IT servicing company which was set up in 1993,
and focuses on servicing the accounting software requirements of a large number of local companies. ITS is a
Sage Platinum Partner, and also deploys Exchequer software locally. The transaction will be finalised as soon
as all regulatory and legal processes are completed.
ITS Managing Director, Joseph Pullicino commented that "This is another important
milestone in the history of ITS. Together with Sage, we have over the last twenty years taken book keeping in Malta to
a next level. Joining forces with ICT Solutions allows the company to offer a more complete service to our customers,

ICT Solutions is organising a series of interactive discovery workshops focusing on SharePoint 2013, and how

ICT Solutions, a local systems integrator, has made a donation to the Malta Guide Dogs Foundation. The sum was collected
by the ICT team during various activities over the Christmas period.
Commenting on this, ICT Solutions Managing Director Keith Fearne, said: "We wanted to collect
some money for a cause we could have a direct impact on, and with a guide dog costing close to €14,000 to train, we thought that
our little bit could make a difference in someone’s life."
The activities included a cooking week during which management cooked meals for the staff, a car wash day, a treasure hunt for
staff and their families and a football tournament involving ICT clients. "The focus was on collecting
money for a good cause, but the events themselves served as an excellent opportunity for the team to get together outside of work."

Collaboration. The event was held at the Radisson Blu, and was attended by over
70 business and ICT executives. Presentations were given by CISCO’s Tim Stone,
Head Collaboration EMEA, who spoke about how unified communications technology
is being adopted by small and medium sized enterprises, to save on costs,
improve efficiency and customer relationship management, and to transform the
way they do business.
Mr. Stone gave various demonstrations showing how voice, instant messaging,
conferencing and video communications can be seamlessly integrated on one
platform, and both in the office, and outside the office.

these solutions can be adapted to the Maltese market, and presented some case

unified communications. The seminar will be held on Thursday the 26th of
November from 8:30 till 12:30 at the Radisson BLU, St. Julians.
