Panta Computer Co Ltd, one of Malta’s longest established IT companies , has joined forces
with local systems integrator ICT Solutions, to bring to the market a stronger offering of
solutions aimed at tackling corporate business requirements. The announcement follows the
acquisition by ICT Solutions of 100% of the shareholding in Panta Computer Co Ltd .
Panta Computing Managing Director, Lino Callus commented that

The combined team and will be servicing a customer base of close to 100 corporate
customers. The team will be operating from the new ICT Solutions offices in Mriehel, with
the move of all personnel expected to be completed in the next two weeks.

ICT Solutions recently held a seminar focusing on Unified Communications and
Collaboration. The event was held at the Radisson Blu, and was attended by over
70 business and ICT executives. Presentations were given by CISCO’s Tim Stone,
Head Collaboration EMEA, who spoke about how unified communications technology
is being adopted by small and medium sized enterprises, to save on costs,
improve efficiency and customer relationship management, and to transform the
way they do business.
Mr. Stone gave various demonstrations showing how voice, instant messaging,
conferencing and video communications can be seamlessly integrated on one
platform, and both in the office, and outside the office.
Mr. Simon Vella, Manager Engineering Services at ICT Solutions, showed how
these solutions can be adapted to the Maltese market, and presented some case
studies of local companies already making use of unified communications. “Local
businesses have been slow to pick up Unified Communication solutions compared to
the rest of Europe, and the local context has delayed take-up. However, firms

ICT Solutions is organising a seminar on various aspects of collaboration and
unified communications. The seminar will be held on Thursday the 26th of
November from 8:30 till 12:30 at the Radisson BLU, St. Julians.
Speaking about the seminar, Liam Pace, Manager Commercial Services stated

and everyone is looking at efficiency gains and cost savings which can accrue

Governance, Risk and Compliance and the importance of automating the processes

and the storage of highly confidential company information.

and klf consulting Ltd. Trading under the name of ICT Solutions, the company has
already recruited its top management team.
