Reporting to the Manager Engineering Services, the candidate will be responsible
for the handling of support operations within the engineering team, and needs to have previous experience in
a similar position. The Team Leader will play an important part in the development of support processes and
procedures, and be responsible for ensuring that all customer SLAs are met.
Candidates should:
- Hold a first degree in an ICT related area
- Have working experience on systems and networks, including:
- IP Routed and Switched Networks
- Network Security
- Servers and Storage
- MS Server technologies
- Have previous team management experience
Experienced candidates having certifications, coming from
leading vendors including CISCO, HP, VMware and Microsoft, will be given preference.

Reporting to the Support Team Leader Engineering, the candidate will form part of a
team responsible for providing hands on technical support across a number of systems and networks technologies.
The Technician will be handling customer tickets and would need to be able to solve these at the office or at
client sites.
Candidates should:
- Have a qualification to at least Diploma level in an ICT related area
- Have previous working experience on MS desktop environments
- Preferably have industry certifications from leading vendors including CISCO, HP, VMware and Microsoft
Experienced candidates having certifications, coming from
leading vendors including CISCO, HP, VMware and Microsoft, will be given preference.
